Organizational Structure and Board of Directors

The organizational structure is a Director position who runs daily operations and is hired by and serves under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
All board members joined 2015 all serving 3-year term with possible renewal. We are in the process of expanding our board.

Bios of Board Members

Dr. Gary Reiss holds an LCSW, PhD., and is a certified trainer in Process-oriented Psychology. Gary has a private practice in Eugene and Portland, Oregon, and teaches Process oriented Psychology worldwide, now actively teaching in 17 countries. He is a senior faculty member at the Process Work Institute, and brings 40 plus years’ experience to his work. His specialties include family therapy, sex therapy, working with coma patients, Worldwork in hot spots in the world, organizational development, and integrating Process work with different spiritual traditions. He has published 10 books including The Dance of Sex; Dreaming Money: and Families that Dream Together. His latest book is Love, Power, and Wisdom. He is the director of the International Peace Group.

Ibrahim Hamide is a long-time activist in the Eugene community. He is a member of the Eugene Human Rights Commission, past president of the Eugene Middle East Peace Group and has been given many awards by the city of Eugene for his human rights efforts.

Sage Emery is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified in Second Training through Arny and Amy Mindell. She has been in private practice over 20 years and has taught internationally in over 10 countries with her partner Gary Reiss and on her own. Sage’s international teaching specializes in women’s empowerment work. Sage is one of the key international organizers supporting the Magarini Center in Kenya Africa.
